Abstract

The microbial leavening agent prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can remarkably degrade free gossypol in cottonseed meal and effectively inhibit growth of infectious microbes in the fermentation process, so that the acidity is reduced and the palatability is improved. In a detoxification fermentation process, a par of plant proteins is further converted into mycoproteins to increase B vitamins and active enzymes so as to have the effect of increasing the protein sources and bio-additives, thereby greatly improving the use value of detoxification fermentation of cottonseed meal.
