[0033] like figure 1 , a hydrogen fluoride gas detection device is an embodiment of the present invention, consisting of a detection system and a central processing system. It includes a detection system, a central processing system and a waste water collector 12, wherein the detection system includes a sampling device and an F ion measuring device connected with the central processing system. The sampling device includes an air intake pipeline 15, a pressure reducing valve 1, a sampling solenoid valve 2, a throttle valve 3, a flow meter 4, a fluoride ion absorber 5 and an absorption liquid supply device, a pressure reducing valve 1, a sampling solenoid valve 2, Throttle valve 3 and flowmeter 4 are installed on the intake pipe 15 sequentially according to the direction of gas flow. The fluoride ion absorber has a housing of an absorption chamber containing gas and absorption liquid, an air inlet and a liquid outlet arranged at the bott...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Embodiment two: detection method

[0038] (1) The central processing system receives an instruction to open the sample injection solenoid valve and the throttle valve to feed air into the fluoride ion absorber. After the pressure sensor is stable, close the sample injection solenoid valve;

[0039] (2) During the air intake process, start the absorbing liquid supply device to supply 30-50ml of absorbing liquid to the fluoride ion absorber, and start the absorbing liquid circulation spraying device to circulate the absorbing liquid in the fluoride ion absorber to the top for spraying Fully absorb the HF gas in the gas; the absorption liquid is TISAB solution, TISAB is characterized as a better reagent for fluoride ion selective electrodes, the acidity condition is pH5-5.5, when pH- , measured with a fluoride ion selective electrode. Specifically, the TISAB solution of the present invention is prepared as follows: Weigh 58g of sodium chloride, dissolve 4g of trisodium cit...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrogen fluoride gas detection device in internal GIS device comprising a detection system and a central processing system. The detection system comprises a sampling device and an F ion measurer. The sampling device comprises a gas inlet pipe, a sample inlet valve, a flow-meter, a fluorine ion absorber, and an absorption liquid feeding device. The fluorine ion absorber comprises a housing, a pressure sensor, and a gas inlet port and a liquid outlet port arranged on the bottom of the housing. The gas inlet pipe is connected with the gas inlet port of the housing. The sample inlet valve and the flow-meter are respectively arranged on the gas inlet pipe. A liquid outlet end of the absorption liquid feeding device communicates with a fluorine ion absorption chamber at the top of the housing. The F ion measurer comprises a water tank and a fluorine ion selection electrode. The liquid outlet port of fluorine ion absorption chamber extends into the water tank. The fluorine ion selection electrode is connected with the central processing system. The invention also discloses a method for quantitatively detecting hydrogen fluoride gas in internal GIS device by using the device. The device has high detection sensitivity upon hydrogen fluoride inside a GIS device, and has low sampling amount, such that GIS device normal operation is not influenced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of detection of characteristic gas components in sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) electrical equipment, in particular to a hydrogen fluoride gas detection device. The invention also relates to a method for detecting hydrogen fluoride gas by using the detection device. Background technique [0002] Since the 1970s, electrical equipment using sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as an insulating medium has become the main equipment of the power system, effectively improving the safety and economy of power production and operation. GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) is a kind of combined electrical equipment that uses SF6 as the insulating medium. [0003] Due to deficiencies in design, technology, materials, installation or maintenance, there may be insulation defects inside GIS equipment, which poses great hidden dangers to electric power production safety. How to detect potential defects or failures in SF6 electrical equipment as ear...
