Abstract

The invention relates to a cold-rolled lubricant for rhenium and alloy plate strips thereof. The lubricant is prepared by taking NO.32 oil for a total-loss system as base oil, and combining a plurality of composite additives including an anti-wear agent, an oiliness additive, an antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor, an antioxidant, an anti-foaming agent, a friction improver, a cleaning agent, a disperser and the like. The cold-rolled lubricant is low in viscosity, large in thermal capacity, and strong in cooling and cleaning capability, and capable of reducing the adhesion phenomenon between a rolled piece and a roll; in addition, the technological lubrication property can be enhanced, the strength of an oil film in a deformation region can be increased, and the friction coefficients can be reduced; the constitution and properties are stable; the cold-rolled lubricant has no corrosion on metal and equipment, and is non-toxic and free from pungent smell.
