Embodiment 1

[0024] This technology is used in the remediation of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contaminated soil in Hangzhou. First, the tail gas extracted by SVE enters the gas-liquid separation tank. After the gas-liquid separation, the tail gas enters the solvent treatment tank; the tail gas is processed in the solvent treatment tank. After the microbial reagent is treated, the pollutant-removed gas enters the acid-base treatment tank from the top of the solvent treatment tank; the gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the top of the treatment tank after the acid and alkali absorption treatment. After running the system for one month, the removal rate of toluene in the tail gas was 87%.

Embodiment 2

[0026] This technology is used in the remediation of xylene-contaminated soil on a chemical site in Jinan. First, the tail gas extracted by SVE enters the gas-liquid separation tank. After the gas-liquid separation, the tail gas enters the solvent treatment tank; the tail gas is in the solvent treatment tank After being treated by the microbial reagent, the pollutant-removed gas enters the acid-base treatment tank from the top of the solvent treatment tank; the gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the top of the treatment tank after the acid and lye absorption treatment. After running the system for 3 months, the removal rate of xylene in the tail gas was 95%.

Embodiment 3

[0028] The technology is applied to the remediation of chloroform contaminated soil near a gas station in Wuxi. First, the tail gas extracted by SVE enters the gas-liquid separation tank, and after the gas-liquid separation, the tail gas enters the solvent treatment pool; the tail gas is in the solvent treatment pool After the medium is treated with microbial reagents, the pollutant-removed gas enters the acid-base treatment tank from the top of the solvent treatment tank; the gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the top of the treatment tank after the acid and lye absorption treatment. After 15 days of operation of the system, the total removal rate of chloroform in the tail gas reached 79%.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating vapor extraction tail gas by utilizing a bioremediation agent. The method comprises the following steps: (1) introducing tail gas from soil vapor extraction into a gas-liquid separation tank, and introducing tail gas from gas-liquid separation into a solvent treatment pool; (2) treating the tail gas with a bioremediation agent in the solvent treatment pool and introducing the gas with pollutant removed into an acid and alkali treatment pool from the top of the solvent treatment pool; and (3) subjecting the gas to 10M sulfuric acid solution, 10M solution of sodium hydroxide and water absorption and discharging the gas into the atmosphere from the top of the treatment pool. The invention has the advantages of simple design, convenient operation, no sophisticated processing equipment, low cost, thorough treatment and no secondary pollution.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to soil remediation technology, in particular to a method for processing gas-phase extraction tail gas by using a bioremediation reagent. Background technique [0002] Soil vapor extraction (SVE), also called "soil vapor extraction" or "vacuum extraction", is an emerging soil in-situ remediation technology. The basic principle is to artificially inject air flow into the soil to promote the volatilization of organic matter, and the air flow will take away the organic matter in the soil gas phase to achieve the purpose of purification. Because of its effectiveness and extensiveness in the treatment of petroleum-contaminated soil and groundwater, it is gradually being developed as a standard environmental remediation technology, which is listed as a "revolutionary technology" by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and vigorously advocates its application. In recent years, SVE has begun to deepen into the multidisciplinary cross-...
