According to the invention, plant extracts are used as sterilization components and bacteria in the footgear are killed to prevent the problems of foul smell and clamminess, wherein multiple plant extracts are selected to compound with appropriate PCMX and the nonionic surfactant is adopted for solubilization and stability so as to realize sterilization and deodorization.
