This invention relates to the field of
BOPET film technology, and more particularly to a
BOPET film for
current collector composite
aluminum foil, its preparation method, and its application. The
BOPET film comprises a
polyester core layer and functional
layers laminated on the upper and lower surfaces of the
polyester core layer. The raw materials for preparing the functional
layers, by
mass percentage, include: 8.0-10.0% aluminizing reinforcing
masterbatch, 3.0-4.0% anti-sticking
masterbatch, and the balance being
adhesive polyester chips. The aluminizing reinforcing
masterbatch consists of 1.0-2.0%
phosphate ester, 3.0-5.0%
acrylate, and the balance being polyester chips. The raw materials for preparing the polyester core layer, by
mass percentage, include: 1.0-2.0% nucleating agent, and the balance being
adhesive polyester chips. The BOPET film proposed in this invention, in its functional layer, utilizes the synergistic effect of the aluminizing reinforcing masterbatch and anti-sticking masterbatch to achieve a suitable
surface roughness in the functional layer, resulting in uniform aluminizing
layer thickness and good aluminum layer adhesion. The core layer contains nucleating agent and high-
viscosity polyester chips, which increase the
crystallization rate of the film, achieving higher
crystallinity and thus improving the tensile strength and
temperature resistance of the film.
