The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1), preparing setipinna taty protein antibacterial peptide liquid, regulating the pH value of the setipinna taty protein antibacterial peptide liquid to 5.0-7.0; (2), thermally treating the setipinna taty protein antibacterial peptide liquid, heating for 30 minutes-60 minutes in a sterilization pot of 100 DEG C-121 DEG C to prepare the thermal reactant of setipinna taty protein antibacterial peptide liquid; and (3), separating out the anticancer peptide from the thermal reactant of the setipinna taty protein antibacterial peptide liquid.
