Problems solved by technology

This method alleviates the consumption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by bentonite impurities to a certain extent, but causes cumbersome operation process and greatly reduces work efficiency
[0007] The third way is to change the molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer so that it is not conducive to being consumed by bentonite
CN 101798197A uses natural zeolite as a slow-release agent to absorb a large amount of polycarboxylate water reducer to reduce the influence of clay, but the release rate and effect of polycarboxylate water reducer absorbed into zeolite cannot be guaranteed. The initial dispersion performance of the acid water reducer can not be brought into play
CN 102358763A Polymerizes unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and its derivative monomers, chain transfer monomers and comonomers to obtain an admixture that suppresses the side effects of clay, which can be used in combination with polycarboxylic acid water reducers to significantly improve the use of high-content water reducers. The workability and slump retention of concrete prepared with mud volume auxiliary materials, the actual application effect has yet to be verified by the project

Embodiment 1

[0039] Add 800 g of a 40% concentration trimethylamine aqueous solution to a 2 L three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, a condenser, an agitator and a peristaltic metering pump, and slowly add 100 g of epichlorohydrin dropwise while maintaining a certain temperature and stirring. After the dropwise addition was completed, the temperature was controlled at 25° C. to continue the constant temperature reaction for 2.5 hours. Residual trimethylamine was removed in vacuum after the reaction was completed to obtain the intermediate product glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride. Add 500 g of pre-prepared polyvinyl alcohol solution to a 1 L three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, a condenser, a stirrer and a peristaltic metering pump, and slowly raise the temperature to 70-100°C. Then, 1 g of glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride was slowly added dropwise to the polyvinyl alcohol solution. After the dropwise addition, the pH value of the system was adjusted to 10.0 and the...

[0047] Add 300 g of a 40% concentration trimethylamine aqueous solution to a 2 L three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, a condenser, an agitator and a peristaltic metering pump, and slowly add 100 g of epichlorohydrin dropwise while maintaining a certain temperature and stirring. After the dropwise addition was completed, the temperature was controlled at 32° C. to continue the constant temperature reaction for 3.5 hours. Residual trimethylamine was removed in vacuum after the reaction was completed to obtain the intermediate product glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride. Add 500 g of pre-prepared polyvinyl alcohol solution into a three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, a condenser, a stirrer and a peristaltic metering pump, and slowly raise the temperature to 70-100°C. Abstract

The invention discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer composition which is prepared from a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and an adsorption shielding agent. The adsorption shielding agent has the chemical structural formula shown as (1), wherein the value of a ranges from 0 to 100; the value of b ranges from 200 to 3000; the value of c ranges from 2 to 10; R1 represents methyl or hydrogen atoms; R2 represents methyl, hydrogen atoms, helium atoms or bromine atoms; R3 represents methyl, hydrogen atoms, helium atoms, bromine atoms or hydroxy; R4 represents methyl or hydrogen atoms. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer composition has the good clay-resisting performance, and can be used for decreasing the sensibility of concrete or mortar to gravel raw materials with high mud content.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a concrete admixture, in particular to a polycarboxylate water reducer composition and its application. Background technique [0002] As a new generation of cement superplasticizers, polycarboxylate superplasticizers are widely used, and compared with traditional superplasticizers, they have the advantages of high water reducing rate and good slump retention. [0003] In recent years, the depletion of natural sand resources has made machine-made sand widely used in concrete and has gradually become the mainstream choice of concrete fine aggregate materials. However, the extensive use of artificial machine-made sand is often accompanied by many problems, especially the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, such as increasing the water demand of concrete, damaging the workability of fresh concrete, especially greatly improving the polycarboxylate water reducer. The basic reason for the amount of superplasticizer is ...
