The solvents comprise water and an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent is one or more selected from the group consisting of xylene, toluene, cyclohexanone and industrial alcohol. The emulsifier is a composition of a pesiticide emulsifier No. 700, a pesiticide emulsifier No. 404 and a pesiticide emulsifier No. 33. The composition pesticide provided by the invention has substantial synergism and a broadened insecticidal spectrum and enables injurious insects not to easily generate drug resistance.
