Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out freeze drying on living leeches; S2, carrying out superfine grinding, and taking freeze-dried powder; S3, adding normal saline which is 15 times of freeze-dried powder in volume into the leech freeze-dried powder; S4, after uniformly stirring, placing in icy water for an ice-bath for 6 hours; S5, placing the liquor in a centrifugal machine to centrifuge for 15 minutes at a speed of 8000r / m; S6, after precipitating, and collecting supernate; and S7, after dialyzing the collected supernate by a dialysis bag with molecular weight of 10000, and carrying out freeze drying. Nonhazardous proteins with high antioxidant activity can be directly extracted from leeches.
