Abstract

The invention relates to a mesoporous material, and particularly relates to a multi-element metal oxide mesoporous material. The material is prepared by using mesoporous foam silica as a hard template, a preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) adding the mesoporous foam silica to chloroform for ultrasonic dispersion, adding FeCl3.6H2O, AlCl3 and MgCl2. 6H2O, adding ammonia solution to adjust the pH value of 8-10, stirring, standing, filtering, washing with water and drying to prepare nano powder; 2) performing high temperature calcination on the dried nano powder to prepare a nano ferrite wave-absorbing material. The multi-element metal oxide mesoporous material has the advantages that: 1) the nano ferrite is a multi-element metal oxide material, has ferroelectric, ferromagnetic, and dielectric semiconductor properties, so that the wave-absorbing properties of the material can be improved; and 2) by use of the mesoporous silica as the hard template, and by means of the ultra-large hole size and a three-dimensional connected special structure of the mesoporous silica foam material, the ordered mesoporous nano ferrite is obtained, and the nano ferrite has both nano material properties and the three-dimensional pore structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a mesoporous material, in particular to a multi-element metal oxide mesoporous material. Background technique [0002] Multi-element metal oxide materials are oxide materials composed of two or more metal elements. Because of its unique physical and chemical characteristics, it has ferroelectric, electromagnetic, piezoelectric, dielectric and other semiconductor properties, and is widely used in electronics, catalysis, photoelectric conversion, environmental purification, fuel cells and other industries. Due to the mesoporous channel structure of the mesoporous multi-element metal oxide material, some functions of the original material can be improved. [0003] 200710036694.4 disclosed a method of one-time vacuum infusion synthesis of metal oxide mesoporous materials: using mesoporous silicon / mesoporous carbon as a hard template, after high vacuum treatment, using pressure difference to enhance capillary action, inorganic salt...
