The invention relates to a synergist special for
edible fungus and a preparation and use method thereof. The synergist special for the
edible fungus comprises the following compositions by weight portion: 40 to 70 portions of treated
fowl manure, 10 to 25 portions of
calcareous shale, 5 to 35 portions of wheat
bran and 5 to 10 portions of
lime. The method comprises: adding 5 to 30 percent of pine needles and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of fermenting agent for deodorization according to the weight of dry
fowl manure; adding water and uniformly mixing
manure materials to control the
water content of the manure materials to be between 55 and 65 percent, and performing stacking
fermentation for 15 to 25 days at natural temperature;
drying fermented
fowl manure until the
water content is less than 20 percent; and uniformly mixing the four compositions to synthesize the synergist. The amount of the synergist accounts for 10 to 30 percent of the weight of
edible fungus cultivated materials, and the
water content of the cultivated materials is between 55 and 60 percent. The synergist not only reduces the production cost and improves the yield of edible
fungus but also reduces environmental
pollution of the fowl manure, is favorable for
normal growth and
metabolism of
hypha or fruiting bodies, has no
toxicity, harm and potential accumulated
toxicity on human beings and animals, and can be widely used for cultivating edible
fungus such as
oyster mushrooms, yellow
oyster mushrooms, chicken leg mushrooms and branched
oyster mushrooms.
