Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method of high-protein feed. The preparing method includes selecting mildew-free edible mushroom waste dreg and plant oil cake; mixing 50-69.85% by weight of the edible mushroom waste dreg, 30-49.85% by weight of the plant oil cake and 0.15-0.25% of a probiotic liquid; adding water with the ratio of dry raw materials to the water being 1:(0.4-0.5) and stirring uniformly; and sealing and fermenting for 3-10 days with the fermenting temperature being 15-40 DEG C and the fermentation pH value being 3.5-4.5. A preparation method of the probiotic liquid includes: dissolving 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of brown sugar into 8-12 parts by weight of water to obtain a culture medium liquid; adding 8-12 parts per million of an EM bacterial strain liquid into the culture medium liquid having a temperature of 15-40 DEG C, stirring and sealing; and subjecting the sealed container to fermentation at 15-40 DEG C for 5-7 days to obtain the probiotic liquid. Edible mushroom waste fungi bags are fully utilized by the preparing method of the high-protein feed, thus saving grain-based feed. The prepared high-protein feed is rich in mycoprotein, polysaccharides, vitamins and trace elements, is high in nutrition value, low in production cost and capable of boosting the disease resistance of animals, and has a wide application prospect.
