A preparation method of the probiotic liquid includes: dissolving 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of brown sugar into 8-12 parts by weight of water to obtain a culture medium liquid; adding 8-12 parts per million of an EM bacterial strain liquid into the culture medium liquid having a temperature of 15-40 DEG C, stirring and sealing; and subjecting the sealed container to fermentation at 15-40 DEG C for 5-7 days to obtain the probiotic liquid.
