Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a polyaniline micron / nano structure by using polylactic acid regulation and control. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving polylactic acid in chloroform, stirring under room temperature conditions, and adding aniline to obtain an oil phase; dissolving citric acid and ammonium persulfate in deionized water to obtain an aqueous phase; dropwise adding the aqueous phase into the oil phase in a constant temperature water bath at the temperature of 0-10 DEG C, forming an interface, standing and reacting for 1-24 hours, washing, and performing vacuum drying, thus obtaining the polyaniline micron / nano structure. The method is simple in process and low in cost, and the prepared micron / nano structure with controllable appearance and size has the characteristics of peculiar appearance, simple synthesis conditions and simple after-treatment and has huge application prospects in the fields of antistatic and anticorrosive coatings, electromagnetic shielding materials, solar materials and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polyaniline, and in particular relates to a method for regulating and preparing polyaniline micro / nano structures by using polylactic acid. Background technique [0002] Polyaniline is a conductive functional polymer. It has the advantages of simple synthesis, low cost, good thermal conductivity and environmental stability, and is used in many fields such as antistatic, anticorrosion coatings, electromagnetic shielding materials, and solar energy materials. As a low-dimensional material, polyaniline micro / nano materials have special physical and chemical properties due to the size effect and quantum effect of micro / nano materials. Therefore, the synthesis and application of polyaniline micro / nano materials have attracted the attention of researchers. With great interest, it has become one of the hot spots in the field of conductive functional polymers. [0003] Some studies have shown that polyaniline micro / nanos...
