Problems solved by technology

[0007] According to the problems existing in the existing silk reeling method of live pupae cocoons, the present invention provides a production process that changes the traditional fresh cocoon cooking, cocoon bleaching, and silk reeling, and adopts tussah silkworm fresh cocoons for silk reeling, which overcomes the problem of cutting cocoons and extracting pupae. The disadvantage of wasting raw materials is to achieve both high-quality cocoon silk and live pupae that maintain their active components for the comprehensive utilization of silkworm chrysalis, which has better social and economic benefits.

Embodiment 1

[0022] Fresh cocoons of tussah silkworms that will enter the diapause period are stored in cold storage, and are completed through cocoon selection, vacuum low-temperature infiltration, constant-temperature drug release, constant-temperature cocoon bleaching, low-temperature silk reeling, and re-shaking finishing.

[0023] 1. Fresh cocoons of tussah silkworms are stored in cold storage: the cocoon storage temperature is controlled at 2-4°C, and the relative humidity is 70%-80%. The cocoons of tussah silkworm Erhua were picked and purchased in early October, and they were protected at 20°C, 17°C and 13°C for 20 days respectively, and then the fresh cocoons were protected at a low temperature of 0°C to 4°C after shaking.

[0024] 2. Cocoon selection for fresh-keeping cocoons: The cocoons of living chrysalis are first selected by naked eyes and senses.

[0025] 3. Vacuum low-temperature infiltration: Weigh 100kg of fresh cocoons in the diapause period of cold cocoons, pour them i...

Embodiment 2

[0043] Steps 1 and 2 are the same as in Example 1.

[0044] 3. Vacuum low-temperature infiltration: Weigh 100kg of fresh cocoons in the diapause period of cold cocoons, pour them into a vacuum tank and lay them flat, press the cocoon eye plate, cover the upper cover, and close the water inlet valve and air inlet valve. For the first vacuuming, start the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.090MPa, close the pumping valve, open the water inlet valve, and pump warm water at a temperature of 26-28°C into the vacuum tank. The water inlet speed should not be too fast. 1 cm higher than the cocoon surface, the pH value of the water is 7.5-8.0, after the water volume in the vacuum tank reaches the requirement, close the water inlet valve in turn, open the upper air inlet valve, let the air enter the bucket, and use the atmospheric pressure to reduce the water pressure. Enter the cocoon cavity of the cocoon layer, complete the first vacuum infiltration, wait for 4 to 5 minute...

Embodiment 3

[0062] Steps 1 and 2 are the same as in Example 1.

[0063] 3. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.085MPa, close the pumping valve, open the water inlet valve, and pump warm water at a temperature of 26-28°C into the vacuum tank. The water inlet speed should not be too fast. 3 cm higher than the cocoon surface, the pH value of the water is 7.5-8.0, after the water volume in the vacuum tank reaches the requirement, close the water inlet valve in turn, open the upper air inlet valve, let the air enter into the bucket, and use the atmospheric pressure to reduce the water pressure. Enter the cocoon cavity of the cocoon layer, complete the first vacuum infiltration, wait for 7 to 8 m...

Abstract

The invention relates to a silk-reeling technology by the utilization of tussah fresh cocoon live pupae. The technology includes the steps that vacuum low-temperature permeation is performed on tussah fresh silkworm cocoons of the live pupae after refrigeration and freshness retaining in a vacuum environment at water temperature of 26 DEG C-40 DEG C, wherein the pH value is 6.5-8; according to vacuum low-temperature chemical cocoon reeling, water, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium borate, hydrogen peroxide and N-coconut oil-potassium glutamate form a reeling solution, and at temperature of 30 DEG C-46 DEG C, vacuumizing is performed for reeling in the pH value of 4-14; according to constant-temperature cocoon blanching, the cocoons are soaked in the reeling solution at temperature of 30 DEG C-40 DEG C for blanching; low-temperature silk reeling is performed, and raw silks are reeled again to be arranged to obtain a finished product. Pupa linings are manually removed from the silkworm pupae after silk reeling, so that the silk-reeling live pupae are obtained. The cocoons are not dried and cooked, silk reeling is directly performed, cost and energy consumption are reduced, and the survival rate of the by-products silk-reeling silkworm pupae is over 95%. Protein, amino acid and other kinds of nutrient active substances of pupa bodies are not affected, the utilization rate of the silk-reeling silkworm pupae is increased, breeding cocoons are provided for a sericulture department to perform orientated breeding, fine-breed breeding is accelerated, and the technology has great significance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a silk reeling process of tussah cocoons, in particular to a silk reeling process of live tussah cocoons and pupae. Background technique [0002] The tussah industry in my country has a long history. As early as 3,000 years ago, our ancestors had discovered and utilized tussah cocoons, which was clearly recorded in the book "Er Ya" in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Tussah silk is a noble natural fiber. The silk fabrics woven with it have natural light yellow and jewel luster that other fibers do not have, and are smooth and refreshing, durable, strong hygroscopicity, fast moisture volatilization, high wet fastness, acid and alkali resistance , Electric insulation, tussah silk is a traditional export product of our country. [0003] Since ancient times, the main purpose of people raising silkworms is to reel and weave silk, but now obtaining silk is no longer the sole purpose of raising silkworms. In recent years, the research on t...
