The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the drug raw materials into powder; adding clean water and blending into paste; putting into an aluminum specimen box with holes; steaming for 30 minutes, and cooling; adding 80,000U of gentamicin injection and 8U of insulin in use, and blending evenly to use.
