Embodiment 1

[0140]At present, the container ships in domestic and foreign shipping business are divided into six generations, usually 3-9 layers can be stacked in the cabin, 3-4 layers of TEU (international standard container unit) can be stacked on the deck, and the fifth generation container ship can carry 4800 TEU; The sixth generation can carry 8000TEU. In this embodiment, a loading and unloading plan is made for the containers on the arrival ship (fifth generation container ship) with 6 bays, and two shore cranes are used to implement the loading and unloading plan.

[0141] The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0142] Step 1: Download the container information to be loaded and unloaded. The downloaded container information fields include: status, container number, size, weight, arrival station, bay location, row, floor, company, and container type.

[0143] The second step: establish the quay crane allocation model of the container terminal through optimization modeling. ...

Embodiment 2

[0160] In this embodiment, a loading and unloading plan is made for the containers on the arriving ship (sixth generation container ship) with 8 bays, and two shore cranes are used to implement the loading and unloading plan.

[0161] The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0162] Step 1: Download the container information to be loaded and unloaded. The downloaded container information fields include: status, container number, size, weight, arrival station, bay location, row, floor, company, and container type.

[0163] The second step: establish the quay crane allocation model of the container terminal through optimization modeling. Parameterize the shore crane allocation model, including the number of bays on the ship, and the number of shore cranes used to service the ship:

[0164] serial number known information symbol specific parameter value Remark 1 number of shells J 8 2 Number of shore cranes Q 2 Same kind of shore cran...

Embodiment 3

[0178] In this embodiment, a loading and unloading plan is made for the containers on the arrival ship (sixth generation container ship) with 10 bays, and three shore cranes are used to implement the loading and unloading plan.

[0179] The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0180] Step 1: Download the container information to be loaded and unloaded. The downloaded container information fields include: status, container number, size, weight, arrival station, bay location, row, floor, company, and container type.

[0181] The second step: establish the quay crane allocation model of the container terminal through optimization modeling. Set the parameters of the shore crane allocation model, including the number of bays on the ship and the number of shore cranes used to serve the ship:

[0182] serial number known information symbol specific parameter value Remark 1 number of shells J 10 2 Number of shore cranes Q 3 Same kind of s...

Abstract

An allocation method for improving the operating efficiency of a shore tackle of a container terminal is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) building a mathematical model for allocation of the shore tackle; (2) determining objectives and constraint conditions of the mathematical model; and (3) selecting a particle swarm intelligent optimization algorithm to solve, and obtaining an optimized shore tackle allocation scheme. And a software system for the shore tackle allocation method is obtained through the abovementioned steps. The invention also provides a device for implementing the allocation method for improving the operating efficiency of the shore tackle of the container terminal, and the device includes at least one PC, at least one network cable interface, and at least one router. The device is characterized in that a data acquisition unit, a storage and a shore tackle allocation scheme are also provided, the software system for the shore tackle allocation method is installed in the PC, and the PC is connected to a shore tackle allocation scheme controller through a network and the router. By implementation of the allocation method in the invention, the operating efficiency of the shore tackle can be improved, and safety of terminal operation can be ensured, ships are guaranteed to depart from port on time, waste of energy such are electric power required by shore tackle operation is reduced, and thus great economic benefits are gained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of general control or adjustment, and specifically relates to the logistics scheduling problem of a container terminal, that is, it provides a distribution method for improving the operation efficiency of shore cranes in a container terminal. Background technique [0002] Today, economic globalization has promoted the systematization of the development of modern logistics industry, the automation of information, and the integration of warehousing and transportation. The increasingly prosperous logistics industry is highlighted in the logistics practice of container terminals. For our country, the development of the container terminal logistics industry poses all-round challenges to the management and operation of ports and terminals. The traditional container terminal logistics operation mode is no longer suitable for the modern logistics industry. How to optimize and shorten the terminal operation process, ...
