The method includes the steps of (1) preparing lactic acid bacterial fermentation liquor, (2) making enveloping materials, (3) carrying out in-situ enveloping, (4) carrying out lactic acid bacterial fermentation liquor separation, and (5) carrying out enveloping. By means of the method, in-situ enveloping is carried out after lactic acid bacteria are fermented, the pressure withstanding capacity and the shearing force withstanding capacity of the lactic acid bacteria are improved, damage, caused by post-processing, to bacteria bodies is reduced, and the activity of the lactic acid bacteria is kept; core particles are firstly made and then coated with the lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid bacteria particles are made, and influences of the high temperature and the pressure in the particle making process on the activity of the bacteria bodies are avoided. The lactic acid bacteria are enveloped through the composite materials, and it can be guaranteed that the bacteria bodies can smoothly pass through the stomach of an animal and are disintegrated and released under the effect of intestinal tract enzymes to play the probiotic role.
