According to the method disclosed by the invention, the titanium-based tin antimony tantalum cerium oxide electrode is used for pretreating the high-concentration high-salt wastewater generated in the metalaxyl production process and difficultly biochemically degraded, and the result indicates that under the conditions of certain pH, current density and treatment time, the removal rate of COD in the metalaxyl pesticide wastewater exceeds 60%, the BOD / COD is increased to 0.3 and above from below 0.1, and the biochemical degradation property is greatly improved.
