Abstract

The modified starch matrix-containing hard capsule is capable of performing molecular chain modification on the starch matrix, a steric group is introduced on the starch molecule and then hydrophobic modification is carried out, intermolecular hydrogen bond force of starch is overcome, so that the modified starch matrix-containing hard capsule has toughening enhancement effect; a tridimensional net structure is constructed by adding a composite plant gelatinizing agent, so that toughening and plasticising effects are generated, and thereby hard capsule with good flexibility can be prepared.
