The chelate fertilizer obtained by the method is characterized in that the antagonistic action between various elements such as zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium and boron disappears and the synergistic effect between the elements is improved after the threonine is chelated with all the elements, and therefore, the chemical stability of each element is enhanced so that fertilizer loss or invalidation is reduced, and furthermore, the utilization rate of the fertilizer is increased.
