The royal jelly, litchi chinensis seed and grifola frondosa microcapsule comprises an outer capsule wall and an inner core material, wherein the inner core material comprises 40-80 parts by weight of royal jelly, 20-40 parts by weight of a grifola frondosa extracting solution and 5-20 parts by weight of a litchi chinensis seed extracting solution; the outer capsule wall comprises 100-125 parts by weight of arabic gum, 100-125 parts by weight of maltodextrin, 10-30 parts by weight of gelatin and 20-35 parts by weight of saccharose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the inner core material and the outer wall material, emulsifying, and then pelletizing to ensure that the wall material is solidified to obtain the royal jelly, litchi chinensis seed and grifola frondosa microcapsule with a particle size of 1-20 microns.
