[0025] Example 1 Basic fuchsin DNA detection

[0026] figure 1 It is the chemical structural formula of basic fuchsin. The basic fuchsin DNA staining experiment is carried out by the following steps:

[0027] 1) Place the DNA sample gel after polyacrylamide electrophoresis in a staining solution for 5 minutes, wherein the staining solution is an aqueous solution containing 0.04% basic fuchsin by weight and volume, and discard the staining solution;

[0028] 2) add eluent to elute for 10s, twice, wherein the staining solution is deionized water, and discard the eluent;

[0029] 3) Add a developing solution for 2 minutes for development, wherein the developing solution is an aqueous solution containing 0.1% potassium ferricyanide (35-50° C.) by weight and volume ratio, and discard the developing solution.

[0030] 4) Stop by adding a stop solution for 2 minutes, wherein the stop solution is deionized water at 35-50°C;

[0031] According to the above method, the sodium salt, ...

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to DNA detection technology, in particular to a novel dye for DNA detection. Background technique [0002] In the field of life science research, as an important macromolecule in organisms, DNA is the material basis for studying the phenomenon and essence of life. Especially with the rapid development of genomics, functional genomics and structural genomics, its application scope is increasing. Wide, mainly including: the identification of specific gene functions, new drug screening, disease diagnosis, drug action mechanism, biological development and changes in various periods, etc., it has penetrated into almost all fields of life sciences. Therefore, the study of DNA is of great significance. At present, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is a common method for efficiently separating and analyzing DNA molecules, making the detection technology of DNA on the gel play a vital role in the related research of DNA [1].
