Problems solved by technology

(3) Hygienic burial, this method occupies a large area and permanently occupies the land. The corruption and gas production of the corpse during the burial will cause bubbles to emerge and liquid leakage. greater safety hazard
(4) The traditional fermentation method uses a mixture of rice bran, sawdust, straw, corncobs, etc. to make compost for fermentation. It usually takes 1-3 months to complete. The time period is long, and land resources are occupied for a long time. The product is organic fertilizer, and the economic benefit of organic fertilizer is poor

[0022] Use the fermentation medium to ferment and cultivate Bacillus stearothermophilus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus thermophiles, Geobacillus stearothermophilus, Thermotoga maritima, Tennis thermophiles, and archaea thermophiles. The temperature is 70-80°C until the stable period;

[0023]Bacillus stearothermophilus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus thermophiles, Geobacillus stearothermophilus, Thermotoga maritima, Bacillus thermophiles, and thermophilic archaea in the stable phase were mixed according to the mass ratio of 1 : 1: 1: 1: 1: 2: 2: 2 to form a composite bacterial agent, and then mix the composite bacterial agent and the adsorption medium according to the mass ratio of 1: 2. Cultivate for 24 hours under the condition of 20% humidity, until the adsorption medium changes from yellow to brown, that is, the biological system is started. On the first day, mix the adsorption medium containing the compound bact...

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature aerobic fermentation method for decomposing waste animal cadavers. In the method, bacillus stearothermophilus, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus thermoleovorans, geobacillus stearothermophilus, thermotoga maritima, dictyoglomus thermophilum and ghermophilic archaeobacteria are inoculated onto an adsorption medium. Cultivation is carried out after the bacteria and the adsorption medium stirred uniformly until the adsorption medium turns into brown from yellow. The adsorption medium then is mixed with the waste animal cadavers for fermentation, wherein a product after fermentation is an animal feed raw material meat and bone powder. The adsorption medium is a mixture which is composed of perlite granules and rice bran. In the invention, eight bacteria are preferably selected and are mixed according to a certain proportion to form a composite inoculant. The composite inoculant is formed into a bacterial biological film on the adsorption medium. When being mixed with the waste animal cadavers, the bacterial biological film can quickly decompose the waste animal cadavers at a high temperature of 70-80 DEG C. The high-temperature aerobic fermentation method can solve a problem of reduction of the waste animal cadavers and turn the waste animal cadavers into resources and achieves an object of quickly reducing and treating the animal cadavers.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the field of waste animal corpse treatment, and in particular relates to a method for decomposing waste animal corpses by high-temperature aerobic fermentation. Background technique: [0002] With the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry, slaughtering industry and meat processing enterprises, the waste animal carcasses produced have caused huge pressure on environmental protection. According to the "Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China": At present, the methods that can harmless, reduce, recycle, and harmless disposal of discarded animal carcasses include sanitary landfill, composting and incineration. Analyzing from the perspective of technical process, the goals pursued by each method are the same, but each has advantages and disadvantages, and the degree of technical difficulty varies greatly: (1) incineration method, this method will produce secondary pollution, and t...
