Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic-assisted method for extracting polyphenols from redrlowered loropetalum leaves. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing redrlowered loropetalum leaves into powder; (2) adding ethanol to the redrlowered loropetalum leaf powder, wherein the ratio of solid to liquid is 1 to (10-50), putting into an ultrasonic cleaner, repeating the step (2) and extracting for 1-4 times under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 300-800W, the extraction temperature is 40-80 DEG C and the extraction time is 15-60 minutes, after extraction is ended, mixing extracting solutions; and (3) putting the extracting solutions into a refrigeration high-speed centrifugal machine to carry out low-temperature high-speed centrifugation to obtain redrlowered loropetalum leaf extract. By the redrlowered loropetalum leaf extract disclosed by the invention, the activity of SOD enzyme and catalase in an aging model mice liver can be significantly improved, the MDA content is lowered, membrane lipid is prevented from being per-oxidized; the damage effects of reactive oxide species on cells are restrained; the redrlowered loropetalum leaf extract can be combined with various age-related effect factors to slow down cell apoptosis and senescence caused by inside and outside environment disorder of the organism; and the redrlowered loropetalum leaf extract has a relatively strong anti-aging effect.

Description
