Abstract

The wet granulation method comprises the specific following operation steps: step 1, cracking acetylene gas so as to form a powdery carbon black raw material and collecting industrial exhaust gas generated by the cracking; and step 2, granulating the powdery carbon black raw material, directly burning the industrial exhaust gas collected in the step 1 by virtue of a hot-blast stove device to generate hot-blast air, and drying carbon black granules by virtue of the hot-blast air generated by the burning. A wet granulation manufacturing system of carbon black comprises an acetylene gas cracking device, a carbon black drying device as well as an exhaust gas collection device and the hot-blast stove device, wherein an exhaust gas outlet is formed in the acetylene gas cracking device; the exhaust gas collection device is provided with a collection tank which is communicated with the exhaust gas outlet and a combustible gas inlet is connected to the collection tank. According to the wet granulation method, the carbon black granules are dried in a manner of burning exhaust gas so that the resources can be recycled and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved. According to the structural design of the system, the heat is supplied by virtue of the exhaust gas and thus the resources can be saved.
