Abstract

The process comprises the following steps: dissolving the chemical agent in water to prepare a chemical agent aqueous solution which has a mass concentration of 2-20 percent; putting the chemical agent aqueous solution into to-be-treated wastewater containing thallium and heavy metals and / or radioactive substances, and sufficiently stirring to form metal complex; adding a little amount of inorganic flocculant containing magnesium, iron, silicon or aluminum and / or polymer flocculant to form flocculent precipitation which can be filtered and separated; and finally filtering and separating to complete wastewater treatment.
