Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of the preparation of an inorganic chemical material, and particularly relates to a method for preparing an electronic ink nano capsule by utilizing a composite coagulation method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, modifying the surfaces of electrophoretic particles and preparing an electrophoretic basic solution, namely (1) preparing nano particles, and (2) preparing an electrophoretic solution; and step 2, preparing a gelatin-arabic gum nano capsule by adopting the composite coagulation method. According to the electronic ink nano capsule prepared by adopting the composite coagulation method, in order to achieve a good dispersion property of pigment particles in a prepared dispersion system, the affection of TiO2 concentration, Span-80 concentration and oil red on the particle size of TiO2 in the dispersion system is researched. A research result shows that when the use amount of the TiO2 is 8.0mg / mL, the use amount of the Span-80 is 2.7 percent and the use amount of the oil red is 1.3mg / ml, so that the TiO2 nano particle dispersion system with the good dispersion stability can be achieved. The prepared nano capsule electronic ink is narrow in particle size distribution, and TEM proves that the TiO2 nano particles are wrapped inside a nano capsule.
