Abstract
The invention provides a device and a method used for preparing renewable lubricant. The device comprises a plasma reactor. The plasma reactor comprises a sealed housing; an upper oil collection chamber arranged on the top of the housing; a lower oil collection chamber arranged on the bottom of the housing; a gas inlet and a gas outlet which are communicated with the lower oil collection chamber and the upper oil collection chamber respectively; an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are communicated with the upper oil collection chamber and the lower oil collection chamber respectively; electrodes arranged in the housing in parallel with a gap; and connection terminals and a plasma power supply connected with the electrodes. According to the method, plasma polymerization is adopted, and environmentally friendly lubricant base oil is prepared from renewable raw materials (plant oil). Plasma polymerization is low in energy consumption, is clean, and is friendly to the environment. The prepared environmentally friendly lubricant base oil is friendly to the environment, and possesses obvious advantages in aspects such as bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and friction-reducing performance.
