Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing microcapsule spore powder by utilizing haematococcus pluvialis fresh seaweed mud. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting haematococcus pluvialis spores forced to be finished, thereby obtaining haematococcus pluvialis fresh seaweed mud; (2) adding an anti-freezing agent and an antioxidant into the haematococcus pluvialis fresh seaweed mud obtained in the step (1), thereby obtaining the anti-freezing and anti-oxidative haematococcus pluvialis spore mud; (3) cutting and crushing the anti-freezing and anti-oxidative haematococcus pluvialis spore mud obtained in the step (2) by using a high-pressure air cutting machine, thereby obtaining haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore solution; (4) adding an emulsifier into the haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore solution obtained in the step (3) for emulsifying, thereby obtaining the haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore emulsion; (5) adding a mixture of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and modified corn starch into the haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore emulsion obtained in the step (4), and stirring, thereby obtaining the haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore slurry; and (6) adding sterile water into the haematococcus pluvialis crushed spore slurry obtained in the step (5), diluting, and performing low-temperature vacuum spray drying, thereby obtaining the haematococcus pluvialis microcapsule spore powder.
