The cooling system is applied to the fields of power electronics and telecommunications; the adopted refrigerant is Freon, and is good in insulation property and gaseous under normal pressure, and therefore, even though the refrigerant leaks, the potential safety hazard of short circuit can be avoided; as a result, the problems of water leakage short circuit, regular exhaust maintenance and the like due to a water cooling system are solved; meanwhile, due to two-phase heat exchange, the heat exchange coefficient is high and the problem of insufficient heat dissipation density of forced air cooling is solved.
