The cooling system is applied to the fields of power electronics and telecommunications; the adopted refrigerant is Freon, and is good in insulation property and gaseous under normal pressure, and therefore, even though the refrigerant leaks, the potential safety hazard of short circuit can be avoided; as a result, the problems of water leakage short circuit, regular exhaust maintenance and the like due to a water cooling system are solved; meanwhile, due to two-phase heat exchange, the heat exchange coefficient is high and the problem of insufficient heat dissipation density of forced air cooling is solved. The Freon is adopted to realize two-phase heat exchange, and the phase-change gasification latent heat is far higher than that of single-phase heat exchange of traditional water cooling; as a result, under the same heat exchange amount, the flow of the refrigerant needed by two-phase liquid cooling is far smaller than that of the traditional water cooling system.
