signal and controlling the circulating

vacuum pump; a cooling
system is arranged in the circulating machine, a liquid inlet end of the cooling
system is connected with the water tank, and a liquid outlet end of the cooling system is connected with a liquid inlet of the sand core
exhaust heat dissipation pipeline; one end of the water tank is connected with the circulating machine, and the other end of the water tank is connected with a liquid outlet of the sand core
exhaust heat dissipation pipeline; and the main body of the sand core exhaust heat dissipation pipeline is a
copper pipeline, and the middle section of the
copper pipeline is tightly attached to the conformal patch. The device can solve the problems that the existing
sand casting technology cannot realize the local temperature field control of complex irregular inner cavities, the end sand core gas evolution cannot be discharged in time and the like, and high-quality cores which meet the complex inner cavity forming and quality requirements of high-end aluminum
alloy castings can be produced.
