According to the fertilizing method, vitamin B6 is applied at the positions away from trunks of the apple trees by 60 cm in April or June every year to the Fuji apple trees in the full productive age, wherein the application amount of the vitamin B6 is 3-7 g every tree. The vitamin B6 with different amount is applied to soil so that the fruit nutritional quality and fragrance quality can be affected, the root environment and the nutrient absorption are improved, and the Fuji fruit quality is improved.
