Abstract

The invention relates to a ceramic film coating allowing normal-temperature spraying. The ceramic film coating comprises raw materials as follows: a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, wherein the component A comprises, in percentage by mass, 30%-40% of sol, 5%-20% of filler, 10%-25% of a pigment, 3%-5% of an anti-sagging agent and the balance of a solvent. About 3%-4% of the anti-settling agent or the anti-sagging agent is added to the color paste part of the component A, the gloss of common anti-sagging agents can be reduced at different degrees when the anti-sagging agents are added to coatings, however, selected nano-scale fumed silica has the very small effect on the gloss due to facts as follows: (1) the additive amount is small and is only about 2% of the total formula amount; (2) the particle size is small and the initial particle size is on the nano-scale; (3) the purity is high and is 99.9%; (4) the structure is similar to that of the ceramic film coating and is a substance adopting the Si-O-Si structure, and the refractive index is similar to that of the ceramic film coating, so that the gloss cannot be affected.
