The water resistance of formaldehyde-urea-melamine resin is ensured by controlling melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin preparation technological conditions on the basis of ensuring definite adding amount of melamine, and meanwhile, polyvinyl alcohol is added in a resin preparation process so as to improve the viscosity of the resin adhesive ultimately. When the melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin is used for preparing the laminated wood, the normal-temperature fast curing of the melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin is ensured by using a mixed type curing agent. The preparation technology of the melamine-urea-formaldehyde copolycondensation resin adhesive disclosed by the invention is simple; the reaction process is stable and easy to control; and the resin has good storage stability and excellent water resistance and can serve as the normal-temperature curing type adhesive for the laminated wood.
