The preparation method comprises the following steps of sequentially adding sodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, low molecular sodium polyacrylate and triethanolamine into the water during stirring; obtaining a mixed water solution after dissolving; mixing and stirring other components uniformly; adding the other components into the mixed water solution and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain the non-phosphorous water-based degreasing agent.
