Example Embodiment

[0018] Example 1

[0019] (1) Wash, dry and pulverize Dendrobium officinale, pass through a 60-mesh sieve to obtain Dendrobium officinale powder.

[0020] (2) After adding a compound enzyme with a mass of Dendrobium officinale 0.3% to the Dendrobium officinale powder, add water. The amount of water added is based on just immersing the Dendrobium officinale powder. After stirring evenly, adjust the pH to 5, heat up to 50°C, and enzymolysis at a constant temperature. After 1 hour, the temperature was raised to 90°C to kill the enzyme, and then cooled. The compound enzyme was composed of cellulase, pectinase and papain, wherein the mass percentage of each enzyme was: 20% pectinase, 5% papain, and the balance was Cellulase.

[0021] (3) adjust pH to be 8, then add 75% ethanol solution that is 8 times the quality of Dendrobium officinale powder, be warming up to 75 ℃ of reflux extraction 2 times, each time 0.5 hours, combine alcohol extracts, filter, reclaim ethanol, get extractio...

[0024] Example 2

[0025] (1) Wash, dry and pulverize Dendrobium officinale, and pass through a 70-mesh sieve to obtain Dendrobium officinale powder.

[0026] (2) After adding a compound enzyme with a mass of Dendrobium officinale 0.4% to the Dendrobium officinale powder, add water. The amount of water added is based on just immersing the Dendrobium officinale powder. After stirring evenly, adjust the pH to 5.5, heat up to 55°C, and enzymolysis at a constant temperature. After 1.2 hours, the temperature was raised to 92°C to kill the enzyme, and the enzyme was cooled. The compound enzyme was composed of cellulase, pectinase and papain, wherein the mass percentage of each enzyme was: 22% pectinase, 7% papain, and the remainder for cellulase.

[0027] (3) adjust pH to be 8.5, then add 78% ethanol solution that is 10 times the mass of Dendrobium officinale powder, be warming up to 78 ℃ of reflux extraction 2 times, each time 0.6 hours, merge alcohol extracts, filter, recover eth...

[0030] Example 3

[0031] (1) Wash, dry, pulverize Dendrobium officinale, and pass through an 80-mesh sieve to obtain Dendrobium officinale powder.

[0032] (2) After adding the compound enzyme of 0.5% of the mass of Dendrobium officinale into the Dendrobium officinale powder, add water, the amount of water added is based on just immersing the Dendrobium officinale powder, and the pH is adjusted to 6 after stirring evenly, and the temperature is raised to 60° C. After 2 hours, the temperature was raised to 95°C to kill the enzyme, and then cooled. The compound enzyme was composed of cellulase, pectinase and papain, wherein the mass percentage of each enzyme was: 25% pectinase, 10% papain, and the balance was Cellulase.

[0033] (3) adjust pH to be 9, then add 80% ethanol solution that is 12 times the mass of Dendrobium officinale powder, be warming up to 80 ℃ of reflux extraction 2 times, each time for 1 hour, combine the alcohol extracts, filter, reclaim ethanol, get extract...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for dendrobium candidum extract powder. The dendrobium candidum extract powder is prepared from dendrobium candidum by the steps: carrying out enzymolysis, alcohol extraction, concentration and drying. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, before alcohol extraction, enzymolysis is carried out on dendrobium candidum by a compound enzyme formed by cellulase, pectinase and papain, and the alcohol extraction method is assisted by the compound enzymolysis method, so that the purpose of improving the extraction efficiency and extraction rate is achieved. The preparation method is simple in process step, low in equipment requirement, strong in operability and suitable for industrial production.
