Abstract

The invention discloses a nutritional steamed bun assisted in improving memory of students and promoting attention. The nutritional steamed bun is characterized by comprising, by mass, 4%-6% of isomaltose hypgather, 2.4%-3.6% of fructo-oligosaccharide and 0.8%-1.2% of galactooligosaccharide. The nutritional steamed bun is formed by blending whole-cream milk powder, soybean milk powder (instant soybean powder), plant fat powder, white granulated sugar, maltodextrin, the isomaltose hypgather, whey protein powder, soy isolate protein, the fructo-oligosaccharide, soybean phospholipid, the galactooligosaccharide, arachidonic acid (ARA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), phosphatidylserine, compound vitamins, compound mineral substances, calcium carbonate and ethyl vanillin. According to the nutritional steamed bun, dietary fibers which are matched at a specific proportion are mixed with the soybean phospholipid, the phosphatidylserine, the DHA and the ARA for use, and the indexes such as directed memory, associative learning, image free recalling, insignificant figure recognition and human image feature association memory of tested people are all improved obviously.
