Abstract

The invention relates to a high-temperature molten-salt treatment method for CaSO4-rich materials and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection of metallurgy and chemical engineering. The method comprises the steps: firstly a molten salt system is put into a molten salt reactor, the CaSO4-rich materials are added into the molten salt reactor from the top of the molten salt reactor, then, nitrogen gas is introduced into the molten salt reactor from the bottom of the molten salt reactor, a carbonaceous reducing agent enters the molten salt reactor from the bottom of the molten salt reactor for reaction in a manner of taking the nitrogen gas as carrier gas so as to prepare mixed gas of SO2 and CO2 and CaO, the prepared mixed gas of SO2 and CO2 flows out of the top of the molten salt reactor and is condensed and purified by a condenser so as to obtain SO2-rich exhaust gas, and finally, acid making is carried out; the prepared CaO gradually sinks to the bottom, the CaO and a molten salt are introduced into a CaO separator together after reaction ends so as to obtain the CaO and the molten salt, and the molten salt is treated by a molten salt cleaning system, then, enters a first molten salt storage tank, then, enters a heater for heating through a molten salt circulating system and finally enters a second molten salt storage tank, thereby flowing into the molten salt reactor. According to the high-temperature molten-salt treatment method for the CaSO4-rich materials, the treatment cost for the CaSO4-rich materials is reduced.
