The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts by weight of natural rubber, 10-30 parts by weight of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, 20-30 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene rubber, 4-9 parts by weight of an activator, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 4-6 parts by weight of an anti-ageing agent, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of a coupling agent, 25-45 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent, 5-15 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent, and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a promoter. The processing technology successively comprises steps of first-segment rubber mixing, first standing, second-segment vulcanizing, second standing and the like. The composition possesses excellent heat resistance, ageing resistance, ozone resistance, high strength and high elasticity, does not pollute vehicle body, guarantees a protective sleeve to not fail, not rupture and be not frequently replaced because of damage after long-term repeated tension, and helps to reduce cost loss.
