The synergist provided by the invention comprises the following components by mass: 13.0%-20.0% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 2.0%-5.0% of sodium carbonate; 4.0%-7.0% of sodium tripolyphosphate; 3.5%-8.0% of a modifier; and 60.0%-77.5% of water. The preparation method consists of: putting the sodium tripolyphosphate into water, stirring the materials evenly till complete dissolution, then adding the sodium carbonate, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the modifier, and stirring the materials uniformly so as to obtain the synergist.
