Abstract

The lidocaine with the concentration being 1.25-5 mg/ml is dissolved in a solvent acceptable in medicine to form a solution, or the lidocaine is combined with a common bladder cancer resisting infusion drug to form perfusate. The lidocaine can directly inhibit tumor cells under a certain concentration, and the inhibiting effect is enhanced along with increasing of the drug concentration. When the lidocaine is combined with an anti-tumor drug for application, the tumor inhibiting effect of the anti-tumor drug can be enhanced through the lidocaine, the anti-tumor effect of the chemotherapy drug is improved, particularly, the irritation and toxic effect of the chemotherapy drug on a human body is lowered during local application treatment of tumors, the local pain is relieved, and the tumor treatment effect is improved.
