The linear low-density polyethylene auxiliary-agent master batch is characterized by comprising the following compositions in parts by weight: 100 parts of LLDPE resin, 0.25-1.5 parts of an anti-oxidant, 0.3-1.0 part of an acid absorption agent, 0.2-1.0 part of hexagonal boron nitride, 0.3-4.0 parts of diundecyl phthalate, and 0.01-0.02 part of phthalocyanine blue. The LLDPE resin density is 0.91-0.92 g/cm<3>, and the melt mass flow rate is 2-10 g/10 min. The preparation method comprises performing granulation on half LLDPE resin powder and diundecyl phthalate and on half LLDPE resin powder and hexagonal boron nitride, and then mixing according to the mass ratio of 1:1.
