Embodiment 1

[0031] Biological Assay Example 1: Indoor Toxicity Determination of Pyrazastrobin and Fluoxastrobin Compound to Cucumber Powdery Mildew

[0032] Test object: Cucumber powdery mildew (Sphaerothecafuliginea (Sch.) Poll) (collected from wild cucumber powdery mildew strains in the field, and separated and purified)

[0033] Test method: The test refers to the People's Republic of China Agricultural Industry Standard NY / T1156.11-2008 "Indoor Bioassay Test Guidelines for Pesticides and Fungicides Part 11: Pot Cutting Method for Controlling Melon Powdery Mildew Test", and the pot cutting method is used for determination.

[0034] Sow susceptible cucumber varieties, and grow them in pots until the stage of 2-4 true leaves is set aside. The original drug of pyraclostrobin and the original drug of fluoximil were dissolved in dimethylformamide and acetone respectively, and then diluted with 0.1% Tween-80 surfactant aqueous solution. For each treatment of 3 pots, repeat 4 times, evenly s...

[0054] Biological Assay Example 2: Indoor Toxicity Determination of Pyrazastrobin and Fluoxastrobin Compound to Wheat Powdery Mildew Bacteria

[0055] Test object: wheat powdery mildew (Erysiphegraminis) (collected from wild wheat powdery mildew strains in the field, and separated and purified)

[0056] Test method: The test refers to the Agricultural Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China NY / T1156.4-2006 "Indoor Bioassay Test Guidelines for Pesticides and Fungicides Part 4: Pot Cutting Method for the Control of Wheat Powdery Mildew Test", and the pot cutting method is used for determination.

[0057] Select susceptible wheat varieties for potting, and wait for the seedlings to grow to the 2-3 leaf stage for later use. The original drug of pyraclostrobin and the original drug of fluoximil were dissolved in dimethylformamide and acetone respectively, and then diluted with 0.1% Tween-80 surfactant aqueous solution. 3 pots per treatment, 10 plants per pot, repeated ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bactericidal composition. The composition comprises effective components of isopyrazam and fluoxastrobin, wherein a mass ratio of the isopyrazam to the fluoxastrobin is 1: 50 to 50: 1; preferably, the mass ratio is 1: 20 to 20: 1; and more preferably, the mass ratio is 1: 10 to 10: 1. The composition can be prepared with the dosage forms of a suspension, a water dispersible granule or a wettable powder which are allowable in agriculture. The composition provided by the invention has significant synergistic effect and good safety, and is suitable for prevention and treatment of powdery mildew of crops, specifically for prevention and treatment of the powdery mildew of vegetables, fruits and cereal crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bactericidal composition, in particular to a bactericidal composition containing pyraclostrobin and its application for preventing and treating crop diseases, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides. Background technique [0002] Powdery mildew is a widespread worldwide disease caused by fungi of the family Erysiphacesae. For example: cereal powdery mildew caused by Erysiphegraminis; powdery mildew of melons, beans, hemp and other plants caused by Sphaerothecafuliginea; ) caused by powdery mildew of grapes; powdery mildew of more than 80 kinds of trees such as mulberry, pear, persimmon, walnut, chestnut, litchi and papaya caused by Phyllactinia corylea; caused by rose monofilament shell (Sphaerothecapannosa) Powdery mildew of Rosa flowers, etc. [0003] In production, chemical pesticides are mainly used to prevent and control powdery mildew, and currently mainly rely on benzimidazoles, hydroxypyrimidines, phenoxyqu...
