Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: placing saxifraga stolonifera and a pig lung into a container, adding water, mixing, decocting the mixture in water bath to obtain a mixed water extract of saxifraga stolonifera and pig lung, and then subjecting the mixed water extract to spray drying to obtain a mixed powder of saxifraga stolonifera and pig lung. The obtained powder does not have a strong smell, comprises a plurality of bioactive substances such as bergenin, pimpinollin, quercetin, kaempferol, and the like, also comprises active components of pig lung water extract, and can be made into a drug in multiple forms for treating lung cancer. The anticancer test results of Lewis mouse with a transplanted lung tumor show that the positive control cis-platinum tumor inhibition rate is 60% or so.
