The filter is sequentially filled with an iron scrap filtering layer, a biological ceramisite filtering layer, a bearing layer and porous filtering bricks from top to bottom, and a water outlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the filter. The wastewater treatment technology includes the steps that after acid is added into the filter, hydrogen peroxide is added; the primarily-treated wastewater enters the filter through the water inlet canal; the wastewater is subjected to a zero-valent-iron fenton-like reaction on the iron scrap filtering layer at the upper portion of the filter, the biodegradation process of organisms is completed on the biological ceramisite filtering layer at the lower portion of the filter, and water is drained through the water outlet pipe.
