[0045]In order to examine the growth of cucumber seeds after low-temperature freezing treatment, we chose the 09-11 Lianxiu cucumber cultivar cultivated by Dalian Agricultural Science Institute for the experiment. First, the cucumber seeds are subjected to low-temperature freezing treatment by using the deep-low temperature freezing treatment method described in the present invention, and then the low-temperature frozen cucumber seeds and the untreated cucumber seeds are planted in two areas of the same cultivated plot, and all planting conditions are consistent.
