Abstract

The invention provides an addition-type silicon rubber primer and a preparation method thereof. The primer includes the following components, by weight, 100 parts of a solvent, 0.5-10 parts of an organic silicon-acrylic oligomer and 10-30 parts of silica sol. The organic silicon-acrylic acid oligomer is formed by polymerizing a silane coupling agent containing C=C groups and an acrylic monomer. The silica sol is prepared through acidic hydrolysis to silicate ester, a silane coupling agent containing C=C groups, and hydrogen-containing siloxane. Through combination of the silica sol containing an additional reaction functional group and the functionalized organic silicon-acrylic oligomer, the primer promotes chemical combination between addition-type silicon rubber and surfaces of materials, thereby achieving good adhesive effect.
