Abstract

The invention relates to a novel degradable bone implantation material and a preparation method thereof. The bone implantation material is prepared by mixing and pressurizing powder and liquid and then performing solidification, wherein the powder is prepared from 32-70% by weight of phosphate, 28-65% by weight of metal oxide and 1-15% by weight of a silicon-containing compound, and the liquid-solid ratio of the liquid and the powder is 0.1-0.5 ml/g. The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, the powder and the liquid are mixed and stirred according to the ratio of 0.1-0.5 ml/g to obtain paste; secondly, the paste is injected into a mould, the pressure is kept to be greater than or equal to 5 atm; thirdly, after the paste solidifies and is released from the mould, the bone implantation material is obtained; finally, the bone implantation material is put in a constant-temperature constant-humidity cabinet with the temperature of 37 DEG C and the humidity of 50-100% for 24 hours or more. The bone implantation material has the advantages of being high in strength, degradable, absorbable, controllable in degradation rate, high in bony fusion rate and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical bone implant instruments, in particular to a novel degradable bone implant and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Bone implants are required when bone tissue is damaged by fractures, diseases, etc. Bone implants mainly include autologous bone implants, allogeneic bone implants and biomaterial bone implants. The clinical application of the former two is limited because of the limited quantity. At present, bone implants made of biomaterials are commonly used clinically, and such biomaterials include non-degradable and degradable materials. Bone implants made of non-degradable materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, PEEK, etc., require secondary surgery to remove because they are not degradable in the body. In addition, metal bone implants are likely to cause problems such as stress shielding. Although the mechanics of PEEK materials are similar to those of bone tissue, t...
