The method for preparing the porous bone scaffold has the advantages that the porous scaffold which enables three-dimensional interconnection is prepared by SLS, zinc oxide with little amount is added for introducing into a liquid phase, the particles densification can be promoted, crystal grain is refined, and the mechanical performance is improved, simultaneously, cell compatibility is increased, the degradation rate is reduced, and the biological performance is increased, so that the interconnected porous beta-TCP bone scaffold with enhanced mechanical performance and good biological performance can be finally prepared. The method has the advantages of simple preparation technology, convenient operation, low cost, easy control of technical parameter and the like.

The diameters of nano-tubes, which are generated in-situ on the alloy surface, are between 30 and 50 nm, the lengths of the nano-tubes are between 200 and 300 nm, and the nano-tubes are arranged in arrays and perpendicular to the surface of the titanium alloy. The medical beta-titanium alloy composite material has ultra-low elastic modulus and is capable of forming better interface mechanic matching with the bone tissue. So osteoblasts grow rapidly along the wall on the surface of medical beita-titanium alloy whose surface is loaded with titanium oxide nano-tube biological composite material containing BMP-2, and proliferate obviously. The composite material has a good effect on inducing osteoblasts to proliferate to form bone matrix and can be used to bone replacement or repairing.

The invention provides a bioactive porous hybrid carbon nanofiber material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biological composite materials. The bioactive porous hybrid carbon nanofiber material is prepared by virtue of a process comprising the steps of evenly mixing a precursor sol-gel liquid of a bioactive substance, polyacrylonitrile, a pore-foaming agent and an organic solvent together under the conditions of heating in a water bath and ultrasonics, aging to obtain a spinning solution, forming a primary nanofiber film by virtue of an electrostatic spinning process, and then carrying out hot-stretching, pre-oxidating in heating stage by stage and carbonizing, and a preparation method of the bioactive porous hybrid carbon nanofiber material. Due to the bioactive nanoparticles existing on the surface of the material, the material has biocompatibility, bioactivity and biodegradability; due to existing regular-structure nano-scale pores, the material has the relatively high specific surface area, and therefore, the biological properties of the material are greatly improved.
